William Rollings is on a mission to help people learn, grow and reach their potential as leaders.
His career includes over 28 years of Federal Government and corporate experience. In the Government, William has served in key leadership roles as Branch Chief, Program Manager and Sr. Project Manager. As Branch Chief, William leads a team that provides real property services and support for the disposition of surplus Government-owned real estate in a 15-state territory. As Program Manager, he led a regional leadership development program to equip emerging leaders with coaching sessions, monthly training, shadowing efforts and group projects to aid in their professional development.
Prior to working at the Government, William had a successful corporate career with Sabre, Inc., a global technology company that supports the travel industry. While at Sabre, he served in various roles as Product Manager and Marketing Manager to oversee product marketing efforts and manage strategic partnerships with technology providers. Prior to Sabre, William began his career as a Computer Programmer for Texaco, Inc.
William also has experience with educational institutions and nonprofit organizations. For 16 years, he served as an adjunct professor teaching management and business courses at the Dallas College in Dallas, Texas. He and his wife lead the Rollings Foundation to provide clean drinking water and food security to communities in South Africa (www.rollingsfoundation.org). For 4 years, William and his wife also led several small teams on international mission trips to South Africa. William is also a leadership coach and author of several books.
He holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from the University of Texas in Austin and a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Information Systems from Florida A&M University. He and lovely wife Grenna reside in Ft. Worth, Texas and they are the proud parents of two lovely daughters, Alexis and Alyssa.
